Meet this month's BCU Featured Stylist! Olivia's work is absolutely stunning!

Let's get to know Olivia! She's a blonde, brunette, and extension specialist out of Rochester, NY. You can find her on Instagram at @glambylivc. I asked Olivia a few questions so I could learn more about her and her journey. Check out our conversation below!!

+How long have you been doing hair? 
I've been doing hair for 5 years. 

+Tell me about yourself. Are you a salon owner? Booth renter? Commission stylist? What is your specialty behind the chair. What are your goals?
I'm a commission stylist that specializes in blondes, brunettes, and extensions. I would love to open my own salon one day! I would also love to work with brands and collaborate with different hair care lines.

+What's been the best advice you have ever received?
The best advice I've ever received is you can never stop learning. It's so important to keep educating yourself. There is always something to be learned.

+What do you feel is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is determination. I am determined to reach my personal and professional goals. I want to always be educated with the latest hair trends so I can give 100% to my clients every time.

+What advice do you have for other stylists?
A piece of advice I have for other stylists is consultations are so important before any service. By asking your clients questions and communicating you will be able to deliver beautiful results.

 +What do you feel is the most valuable part of being a BCU member?
The most valuable part of being a BC member is having access to a wide variety of education. There are over 100 videos covering different topics. It's so amazing having that kind of education right at my finger tips.
