Meet this week's BCU Featured Stylist! Aram's flawlessly executed and photographed work caught my eye!

Let's get to know Aram! He's a color specialist out of Montreal, Quebec. You can find him on Instagram at @hairby_aram. I asked Aram a few questions so I could learn more about him and his journey. Check out our conversation below!!

+How long have you been doing hair? 
I've been a hairdresser for almost 12 years.

+Tell me about yourself. Are you a salon owner? Booth renter? Commission stylist? What is your specialty behind the chair. What are your goals?
I currently have a small one chair studio where I specialize in doing balayage, color corrections, hair cuts, lived-in color, and blonding. My goal is always to achieve my client's dream hair and see them leave happy. One day I want to have my own hair salon and build a great team that achieves success together.

+What's been the best advice you have ever received?
Accept your mistakes and stay humble.

+What do you feel is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is understanding my clients needs and achieving their hair goals.

+What advice do you have for other stylists?
Education is the key! Have a mindset of achieving your goals and be patient and confident.

+What do you feel is the most valuable part of being a BCU member?
The best part of being a BCU member is being able to educate myself with quality knowledge and have my questions answered.
