Meet this week's BCU Featured Stylist! Candice's work caught my eye because it's so dreamy and dimensional!

+How long have you been doing hair? 
Licensed since 2007 - behind the chair 4 years  

+Tell me about yourself. Are you a salon owner? Booth renter? Commission stylist? What is your specialty behind the chair. What are your goals?
I am a booth renter who specializes in color + extensions. I recently just started booth renting, so my current goals are focused on executing and organizing my new “business” and brand. Moving forward, I would love to establish a relationship representing a brand I enjoy working with daily such as Oribe. 

+What's been the best advice you have ever received?
Compete against yourself and not others. Don’t compare yourself, just be a better person than you were yesterday!

+What do you feel is your greatest strength?
Time Management!!

+What advice do you have for other stylists?
Your knowledge is never complete! Ask questions, understand why, deliver great hair and stay consistent!

+What do you feel is the most valuable part of being a BCU member?
The 24/7 access, the relatable scenarios, the variety of content. I am oh so excited for the upcoming Masterclasses!
