Meet this week's BCU Featured Stylist! Cassedy's gorgeous and versatile color work caught my eye! 

Let's get to know Cassedy! She's a lived in color and blonding specialist out of Gibson, GA. You can find her on Instagram at @cassedyyy. I asked Cassedy a few questions so I could learn more about her and her journey. Check out our conversation below!!

+How long have you been doing hair? 
I've been doing hair for 10 years.

+Tell me about yourself. Are you a salon owner? Booth renter? Commission stylist? What is your specialty behind the chair. What are your goals?
I am the owner of Serendipity Salon in the small town of Gibson, GA. I love all things color but especially lived in color and blondes. I just recently moved my salon into a much larger space so currently I am working on building my team and my education to create the best possible salon environment for everyone.

+What's been the best advice you have ever received?
It is more about how you make the client feel as opposed to how their hair looks.

+What do you feel is your greatest strength?
I feel like my greatest strength behind the chair is creating a safe space for my clients to be themselves and making them feel their best, inside and out.

+What advice do you have for other stylists?
Weather the storm. Doing hair comes with some very high highs and some very low lows, but I promise it's worth it!

+What do you feel is the most valuable part of being a BCU member?
The thing I value most about BCU is how it simplifies hair for me! Carly explains things in a way that's easy for me to understand. It has totally changed the way I do hair in the best way possible!
