Meet this week's BCU Featured Stylist! Olivia's work is beautiful and based on her IG it looks like she has a lot of fun behind the chair!

Let's get to know Olivia! She's a lived in color and extensions specialist out of Center Valley, PA. You can find her on Instagram at @beautybyblasco. I asked Olivia a few questions so I could learn more about her and her journey. Check out our conversation below!!

+How long have you been doing hair? 
I have been behind the chair for 4 years.

+Tell me about yourself. Are you a salon owner? Booth renter? Commission stylist? What is your specialty behind the chair. What are your goals?
I'm a commission stylist and I specialize in beautiful lived in colors and seamless extensions. I am currently working on expanding my social media presence and constantly learning new techniques and trends to stay current.

+What's been the best advice you have ever received?
The best advice I have ever been given is you will never grow without getting uncomfortable.

+What do you feel is your greatest strength?
I give a luxury experience to each client while making them feel comfortable in my chair and giving them a space to laugh, vent, cry, or just sit and relax.

+What advice do you have for other stylists?
When they say you can't do it, show them how you can do it.

+What do you feel is the most valuable part of being a BCU member?
Having a supportive community that you can go to for unbiased advice, tips, and inspiration.

+Anything else you'd like to share?
My favorite part of this industry is being able to work with and surround myself with women who encourage me to be my best self.
