How to start working with brands

Here’s exactly what I would do to start connecting with brands if I was completely starting from scratch (even if I didn’t have a lot of followers!!):

🔥 Start posting content featuring only ONE brand at a time: guys, if you’re tagging Redken and Schwarzkopf in the same post it’s simply not going to really get you anywhere with either brand. Focus on one brand per piece of content!!

🔥 Post about brands in stories: Sometimes we forget about stories for trying to get a brand’s attention but they can be a really good option. You can be way less curated and much more spontaneous. Plus, your traction and stats are really easy for brands to track in a story!!

🔥 Send a pitch letter: If a brand you want do work with isn’t reaching out to you reach out to them! There are tons of templates on Etsy or you can google “influencer pitch letter template” and customize it to fit for you! I like to DM the brand I want to work with and ask for the contact info (name and email) of someone I could speak to about potential content creation opportunities.
