Terms, Conditions & Digital Product Policies

This Policy governs your purchase and use of all digital products offered by The Blonde Chronicles, including but not limited to:

• Online courses

• Membership access (e.g., The Blonde Chronicles University)

• Downloadable PDF guides and manuals

• Any other digital educational content (collectively, “Products”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Product, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Immediate Delivery & Digital Product Access

All digital Products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon successful purchase.

Membership access and digital content access is granted upon completed payment. There is no physical shipping associated with these Products, and access is considered delivered once your purchase is processed. 

2. No Refunds- ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Due to the immediate, irrevocable delivery of digital content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 This means:

• No refunds — full or partial — will be issued for any reason.

• No chargebacks will be permitted except in accordance with applicable law.

• No credits, exchanges, or adjustments will be offered after purchase.

 This no-refund policy applies to all Products, including courses, memberships, downloadable guides, and other digital educational materials. Requests for refunds for any reason—such as change of mind, failure to complete the content, lack of time, technical issues on your side, or any other circumstance—will not be honored.

3. Cancellation Policy (Memberships Only) 

If you are enrolled in a recurring membership:

• You may cancel membership at any time by emailing [email protected].

• To avoid the next billing charge, cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled payment date.   

 Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund; membership access will continue through the period you have paid for.

4. Automatic Renewals

Unless you cancel prior to your next billing date:

Recurring memberships renew automatically each billing period.

You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is current and accurate.

5. Access & Technical Issues. 

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your Product:

• First check your login credentials and internet connection.

• Contact support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue.

 Technical problems do not qualify for refunds but we will make commercially reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues.

6. Intellectual Property & Use Rights

 All Products and content (videos, lessons, PDFs, graphics, etc.) are owned by The Blonde Chronicles and are protected by copyright.

 You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Product.

 You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share content with non-purchasers

• Upload material to any public forum or file-sharing network

• Claim content as your own or use for resale

• Record or reproduce content beyond personal use

 Unauthorized copying or sharing may result in immediate access termination and legal action.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank or credit card issuer unless required by law. 

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your access will be immediately revoked
• you may be billed for chargeback fees, and we may present this agreement to your financial institution as evidence of your consent.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Your success with any educational content depends on your individual effort, skill, and implementation. No specific outcomes or earnings are guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
